Why teams buy through us

The licences are the easy part. Everything around them is what we do.

Anyone can hand you a Workspace subscription. Mailbox Ridge takes responsibility for the whole environment — the migration, the DNS, the policies and the person who picks up when something breaks at 2am.

Better commercial terms

As an authorized reseller we consolidate licensing across our customer base, which means terms and flexibility you are unlikely to negotiate buying direct. Annual, flexible and mixed-tier commitments all sit on one agreement.

One invoice · one renewal date

Migration handled by engineers

Mail, calendars, contacts, shared drives and permissions move across with delta syncs and a supervised cutover. Your team keeps working while their history quietly arrives in the background.

Zero-downtime cutover

Deliverability configured properly

SPF, DKIM and DMARC published, aligned and monitored — with a staged DMARC policy so legitimate mail is never caught in the crossfire. We chase the reports so your invoices and pitches land in inboxes.

Google Workspace editions

Four editions. One partner who knows which one you actually need.

Every edition includes custom-domain Gmail, Meet, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat and the admin console. The differences are storage, meeting capacity, security depth and how much Gemini your team gets. We will map your headcount and requirements to the right mix — including running different editions side by side.

Why a reseller

Same Google. Considerably more help.

Buying Workspace direct gets you a licence and a help centre article. Buying through Mailbox Ridge gets you a partner who owns the outcome — from the first DNS record to the quarterly review two years later.

We are an authorized reseller, which means we transact Google Workspace on Google's behalf and provide first-line support for it. Your data, your tenant and your admin rights remain entirely yours; we simply sit alongside you as the team that keeps it running well.

They rebuilt six years of messy DNS in an afternoon and our reply rates went up the following week. We had no idea how broken it was.

01

Migration from Microsoft 365 or Gmail

We move mail, calendars, contacts and files from Exchange, Microsoft 365, IMAP hosts, cPanel mail or personal Gmail accounts. Nested folders become labels, shared mailboxes become groups, and delegated access is rebuilt on the other side rather than lost.

02

Admin console set up correctly

Organisational units that mirror how your company actually works, sensible sharing defaults, alias and group structure, mobile policies, recovery options and super-admin hygiene — configured on day one instead of accumulating as technical debt.

03

Deliverability that holds up

SPF flattened and within lookup limits, DKIM signing on every sending source, DMARC introduced in stages with reporting reviewed by a human. If you also send from a CRM, billing tool or marketing platform, those get authenticated too.

04

Gemini AI, actually adopted

Gemini is included across Workspace editions, but most teams never switch it on properly. We enable it, set the data-handling boundaries your leadership expects, and run practical sessions on drafting, summarising and meeting notes.

05

Local billing and clean invoicing

One consolidated invoice from a local entity, in your currency, with the tax documentation your finance team needs. Add or remove seats mid-term and see it reflected on the next statement — no card on file, no surprise renewals.

06

A dedicated account manager

One named person who knows your environment, joins your renewal planning, flags unused licences before you pay for them again, and escalates to Google engineering on your behalf when an issue genuinely needs it.

How it works

From first conversation to fully migrated in about a week.

No lengthy discovery phase, no consulting retainer. A short scoping call, a written plan you can approve, and then an engineering team that does the work while your people carry on with their day.

  1. Scope and quote

Tell us your headcount, your current mail platform and anything unusual — shared mailboxes, legacy archives, compliance rules, a domain you inherited. We return a written recommendation and a tailored quote, typically within one business day.

    Day 1
  2. Provision and migrate

We create your tenant, build the organisational structure, publish authentication records and run a full sync of mail, calendars and files. A delta sync captures everything that arrived during the copy, then we schedule the cutover with you.

    Days 2–6
  3. Cut over and support

MX records flip at a quiet hour with an engineer watching the queue. Your team gets a short orientation, your admins get a handover document, and support switches on permanently from that moment.

    Day 7 onward
Security & deliverability

Mail that arrives. Data that stays where it belongs.

Most email problems are not Google problems — they are configuration problems. Records published years ago by someone who has since left, a marketing tool sending unsigned mail, a policy nobody enforced. We audit all of it, fix it, and keep watching.

  • Full DNS and authentication audit before anything changes
  • Staged DMARC rollout with aggregate reports reviewed monthly
  • Every third-party sending source identified and signed
  • Written handover pack so your team knows what was changed and why

SPF, DKIM & DMARC

Authentication published, aligned and monitored across every system that sends on your behalf — mail platform, CRM, invoicing, help desk and marketing tools alike.

Two-factor everywhere

Enforced 2-step verification with security keys for admins, sensible enrolment grace periods for staff, and login-challenge policies for unusual locations and devices.

Data loss prevention

Rules that detect card numbers, identifiers and confidential documents leaving the organisation — warning, blocking or quarantining according to policies you sign off.

Admin controls & governance

Least-privilege admin roles, audited super-admin accounts, device management, external sharing boundaries and offboarding runbooks that actually get followed.

What customers say

The part people remember is the support.

Migrations end. Support does not. Here is what teams tell us six months after the cutover, when the novelty has worn off and the relationship is what remains.

We moved 140 people off Microsoft 365 over a weekend and Monday was completely unremarkable. Nobody lost a calendar invite, nobody lost an archive folder. For a migration, unremarkable is the highest compliment I can give.
Renu MathewHead of Operations, Northline Studio
Our quotes had been quietly landing in spam for months and we blamed the sales team. Mailbox Ridge found three unsigned sending sources on the first call and had DMARC reporting live by the end of the week.
Devon OkonkwoCommercial Director, Harbour & Vale
I have a person, not a portal. When our finance lead locked herself out at midnight before an audit, someone answered and fixed it in eleven minutes. That is the entire reason we renewed without shopping around.

Questions

Frequently asked

Request a quote and we will share pricing tailored to your team size, chosen edition and commitment term. Because we license across a large base of customers, the commercial terms we can offer are typically better than transacting alone — and everything arrives on a single invoice with proper documentation for your finance team.

Quotes are usually returned within one business day and include the migration scope, so there are no separate professional-services charges appearing later.

No. We copy rather than move: your existing mailboxes stay live and fully functional while we replicate mail, calendars and contacts into Google Workspace in the background. Your people keep working normally throughout.

Once the bulk copy finishes we run a delta sync to capture anything that arrived during it, then schedule the MX cutover at a quiet hour with an engineer monitoring the queue. A second delta sync afterwards catches any stragglers. In practice teams see no gap at all — the worst case is a message that arrives a few minutes later than usual on cutover night.

Completely. The Workspace tenant belongs to your organisation, your super-admin accounts stay under your control, and your data is yours in every sense. We hold delegated reseller access so we can support you efficiently, and you can review or revoke that access at any time from the admin console.

If you ever decide to move away from us, your tenant, mailboxes and files travel with you untouched. We are the layer of service around your Workspace — never a gatekeeper to it.

Most growing teams land on Business Standard: 2 TB of pooled storage per user, 150-participant meetings with recording, and shared drives so files belong to the team rather than to whoever created them.

Move to Business Plus if you need Vault for retention and eDiscovery, longer archiving or stronger endpoint management. Choose Enterprise when data loss prevention, data regions, S/MIME or context-aware access are requirements rather than nice-to-haves. Business Starter suits smaller teams whose storage needs are modest.

You do not have to put everyone on the same edition. Mixing tiers — for example Enterprise for the leadership and finance teams, Standard for everyone else — is common and something we will map out with you.

Usually, yes — and it is one of the most common reasons teams come to us. We start with a full audit of your DNS and every system that sends mail using your domain, including tools your marketing or finance teams may have connected years ago.

From there we flatten and correct SPF so it stays within lookup limits, enable DKIM signing on every legitimate source, then introduce DMARC in stages while watching aggregate reports. Sender reputation, list hygiene and content patterns are reviewed alongside the technical fixes. Most customers see measurable improvement in inbox placement within two to three weeks.

Support is included with every licence we resell, around the clock, every day of the year. It covers user and group administration, mailbox and delegation issues, mobile and desktop client configuration, spam and deliverability investigations, storage management, security alerts and account recovery.

Reach us by email, phone or a shared chat channel. First response typically arrives in under thirty minutes, and you are speaking to engineers who already know your environment because they built it. When an issue genuinely needs Google's engineering team, we escalate through our partner channel and manage it to resolution on your behalf.
